OUCO 2.6T 9.6M offshore stiff leg crane with a rigid straight boom design, working radius from 2.5m - 9.6m, it offers a simple structure that is easy to operate, reduces training costs, and improves efficiency. This streamlined design also simplifies servicing and maintenance, reducing downtime and operational expenses for the customer. It was developed for an Indian port service company whose operations cover both port and fishing vessel services. Designed primarily for deploying and retrieving fishing nets along the shoreline, this model reflects OUCO’s ability to customize cranes to meet specialized customer requirements.

Engineered for exceptional reliability, the crane’s structure is built to withstand twice the normal load standard—well beyond the typical 1.25 safety factor used in standard designs. Because the crane bases were cast directly at the port, stability under double the overturning moment was also ensured, guaranteeing safe and steady operation in demanding conditions.

OUCO’s technical team addressed these challenges with optimized structural design, reinforced high-strength steel, and strict quality inspections. The result is a crane that not only meets the client’s unique operational needs but also demonstrates OUCO’s expertise in advanced engineering solutions.

To ensure long-lasting performance in corrosive marine conditions, the cranes are coated with a CX-grade marine paint system. Applied in three layers—primer, intermediate, and topcoat—with a total thickness of 300 microns after SA 2.5 sandblasting, this protective coating provides robust resistance against wear, rust, and saltwater exposure, significantly extending service life.

Operator safety is a top priority. The crane is equipped with an independent emergency stop system, allowing immediate braking in case of unforeseen issues. This feature provides an added layer of security and peace of mind during critical operations.
